Student mentoring in high school is essential because it provides young people with the guidance, encouragement, and support they need during a critical stage of personal and academic development. A strong mentoring relationship helps students build confidence, set realistic goals, and make informed decisions about their education and future careers. Our mentors can also serve as positive role models, offering advice on overcoming challenges and developing important life skills such as time management, communication, and resilience. By connecting students with caring mentors, we foster a sense of belonging and motivation, which can lead to improved academic performance, higher graduation rates, and better preparation for life beyond high school.
Throughout a year we offer series of mentoring events/seminars
